Friday, March 30th – Good Friday Service:  All are encouraged to join us at 12:00PM as we commemorate The Seven Last Words of Christ.  Seven guest preachers will reflect on one of The Seven Last Words spoken by Christ from the cross. Come out and bring a friend for this awesome collection of messages.

Christmas in April – Information Sessions:  We are seeking volunteers (14 years old and older) to participate in the Prince George’s County Christmas in April Project, taking place on Saturday, April 28th. The following sessions will be held, at 7:00PM, for any of you who are willing to serve in this effort, particularly in the areas of painting, carpentry and landscaping: Thursday, March 22nd; Monday, April 9th; and Monday, April 16th. Saturday, March 24th – Easter Egg Hunt:  Join the Children’s Ministry from 10:00AM – 1:30PM for this celebration in commemoration of the resurrection of Jesus Christ.  We will have an informational meeting for volunteers on Friday, March 23rd at 6:00PM – 7:30PM. Information Session for Tuition Assistance and Scholarships/Applications Online: The following sessions will be provided for prospective applicants and their parents after the 9:30AM service:  March 25th; April 8th & 22nd; May 13th & June 3rd. Sunday, April 1st – Resurrection Sunday:  Join us for one of our three worship services at 6:30AM, 9:00AM and 11:30AM as we present a cantata entitled The Cross Changes Everything.  Come out and bring a friend for this awesome celebration!


Spring Revival – Wednesdays in April: All are invited to join us during this time set aside for restoration, renewal and revival.  Come out at 7:00PM and bring a friend.


Dance Ministry Orientation:  The Praise in Motion Liturgical Dance Ministry invites First-graders through Golden years, male and female, who are interested in joining the dance ministry, to our New Member Orientation series beginning Thursday, April 5th. Saturday, April 14th – Environmental Stewardship Ministry Outreach Project – Potomac River Watershed Clean-up:  Youth in 6th – 12th grades are invited to join us for the Annual Potomac Watershed Clean-up at the Hard Bargain Farm in Accokeek, MD. Participants will engage in creation care and gain knowledge of how we impact the environment. Students may be eligible to earn Service Learning hours for participating. Saturday, April 21st – Youth Ministry Missions Outreach Project – Maryland Capital Community Markets:  Youth (grades 7th – 12th) are encouraged to join us in volunteering with the Maryland Capital Community Markets to assist with table set up, organizing food stations, and distributing food to the community. For more information and to register, stop by the Youth Station in the Narthex; space is limited.


Volunteers Needed:  Looking for your place in ministry?  We are seeking volunteers to serve in the following ministries:  Transportation, Parking Lot, and Nurses. If you are interested and have a heart to serve, please sign-up at the Member Services Station in the Narthex.
